Ahh, I knew they changed up the system somehow, but I wasn't sure of all the specifics.

Do they take into account fan voting for the reserve spots as well now or is that voted on pretty much the same way as before?

I was so pissed when Dragic was picked over Kemba. Like, what in the actual ****?

Fan voting sucks but I'm kinda glad that he's ranked third. If Wade's not having his farewell tour, Kemba could be closer to 2nd in fan votes.
