1. Who are your free agents and what percentage would you put on them re-signing?
2. What are your team needs and the overall short term goals of the team?
3. Is there any reason your coach may not be in place next year?
4. Who are you willing to trade?

1- Kemba(70%), Lamb(20%), Frank(0%) and potentially Biz, MKG and Marv (player options, i think they all pick them up)
2- Kemba to stay on both questions, trade Nic and find a center.
3- Not really
4- Anyone, but would rather not trade Monk and Miles.

What centers fit what the Hornets need?

S. Adams
To be realistic, someone like Ed Davis, Dedmon, Lopez (chi) would do wonders here without killing the flexibility. And some vet pf like Gibson/Gay unless they go the ring chasing way. Maybe Cauley-Stein if for cheap.
If by miracle there is a way to grab Collins from Atlanta without losing Monk, i'd be for it.
More money for Kemba and the Lamb upgrade, while waiting for geting rid of Batum without hurting team assets.

What’s on the table in an Adams trade?

I guess you missed that part
To be realistic
No chance it happens, the only option would be a Batum swap which will never happen unless for a steep price which is obviously not this team's interest(unless they fell in love in Kulboka or some big Hornets draft in the 2nd round). Anyway, all depends on Kemba's willing to stay, and not on a max contract.

Who is the most talented realistically attainable player that fits with Kemba?

If the Hornets keep Kemba I don't think that they can get meaningful cap space to sign someone else this summer. Next year would be the big FA year.
That said, trades could change things.

From the trade board...

Adams for Zeller and ‘19 Hornets 1st? With the salary difference going to a third team?

I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that Washington decides to blow it up on draft day and move Beal.
