It sure would be nice for them to let us win. :)

LeBron sat out their last game as he "has been dealing with a swollen knee and sore groin" -- any idea if he is gonna sit out against us?

Looking like it could shape up to be a nice night of scoreboard watching for us...

DET beats ORL.

In the loss column, we're now tied with ORL and two games back of DET.

Nets lose.

Now Dallas has to come through for the perfect night.

Brooklyn's final games are probably the most brutal in the NBA. Boston, Toronto, Milwaukee, Indiana, Milwaukee, Miami.

Miami has it tough too. We play Detroit and Orlando and we must win those games to have a shot.

Win tomorrow. Hope GS forfeits, and we will be fine.

Well this is it. If we want to make one last run at the playoffs we NEED to win most of the games ahead of us. We have GS, Utah and Toronto. I don’t expect us to win those 3, but if we can pull one off and take care of business in the others we will make it.

@ LAL (must win)
@ Golden State
@ Utah
@ Tanking New Orleans (must win)
Vs Toronto
@ Detroit (must win)
@ Cleveland (must win)
Vs Orlando (must win)

If we win the must win games, our record would end up 40 - 42. I think that is enough to get us into 7th or 8th.

I also think there’s a real chance multiple teams end up tied for those last 3 spots. In which case if we are one of them, we own pretty much all tire breakers. For once lol.

I hate getting my hopes up like this. I am trying to remind myself how unlikely it is the team actually sustains success and makes it to the playoffs, hot no less. Tonight will be telling. Lose this one and I don’t see us making it.

Lakers are going to try hard to knock us out of the playoffs so they can sign Kemba

What if Batum is ready to go. Would JB cave and put him back into the starting lineup?

Looking at our remaining schedule, I don't see us beating GSW, Toronto, or Utah. With 1.5 games back and 8 games to go, this is about as close to a must win as there is.
The Charlotte Hornets will win their first round series against the Boston Celtics in the 2021 Playoffs

If Batum gets healthy again and we're still in the playoff hunt we're all gonna draw lots to see who gets to be Tanya Harding to his Nancy Kerrigan. The 'losers' of the draw will be required to keep the winner's commissary account topped up.

(JK Nic, take as much time as you need to get healthy. Then give it a few more weeks.)
