Two thoughts:

(1) Hmm, where have we heard this before?

(2) Biz must not be that guy. Pretty obvious given that the only reason he saw much PT was because if Cody being injured.

Same old song and dance. Sometimes, I wonder if these guys only care about the money.

-MKG being the exception
The Charlotte Hornets will win their first round series against the Boston Celtics in the 2021 Playoffs

Like I said in the game thread, my offseason wish list:

If we lose Kemba
-Find a way to get out from Cody's contract and/or move on from Cody. This is priority #1. We can't be hamstrung by whether or not he and when he does he is so mediocre that it doesn't matter anyway.
-Move on from MKG. Just no place on our team anymore.
-Make it clear to Marvin that he will be a bench role player if he stays. Ideally we can trade him to a contender since he is an expiring.
-Cut ties with Hernangomez, he just doesn't have it.
-Buyout Biz or trade him for a more useful player an a longer contract.
-Don't resign Kaminsky or Lamb because we can't afford playing roleplayers who aren't gamechangers
-Try to acquire late first round picks/early seconds and find gems, especially big men.
-Keep Batum because there is no point in giving assets away to trade his contract
-Give Monk one more year of development and big minutes, a make or break year

If Kemba wants to stay
-Mitch has a ton of work to do to transform Cody, Batum, Biz, Marvin, MKG, and Hernangomez into useful players. They all should be gone. That's 80 million of our cap that do not affect whether the team wins whatsoever. 80 million. Take risks by taking on players with larger contracts that are underperforming, do what you must but you have to find players that can actually go out and impact the team on the court.
I don't support domestic violence. Thanks Miles
