Ouch, why do you hate Bridges?

Dont hate him. Just do not think he has the legnth, and does not have the skill yet to be an effective score in the NBA. I and I am sure our front office are really wishing we picked up SGA last year.

So was Bonnell, broken-hearted.

Anyway, I'll throw darts and say Rozier, Batum, Monk in that order. I don't think Bridges has developed enough to be a reliable scorer. Still needs a lot of work on his three-ball and handle. PJ will get shoved around, but by season's end could be at double digits nightly. Others are 8-12 PPG depending upon playing time and injury. MKG will lead the team in rebounding.

Surprise: Graham will arrive by the All-Star break as Charlotte's second most reliable scorer.

I think the Hornets will easily have the worst shooting efficiency across the board in the league

This is possible, especially if they don't move the ball well. Counterpoint is that most of the team's recent draft picks have decent passing ability. A lot will depend on chemistry and Terry's willingness to pass.
My picks:
2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu
2021 Draft (11th pick) - Moses Moody

For those picking Bacon in their top 3, why do you think he starts?

Yeah I agree, but not everyone plays every game. For instance last year our players scoring averages were over 140 ppg.

1. He started last year over Monk
2. He's OK and working on being good
3. He's playable on both ends of the floor (while Monk is only really playable on offense)
4. At this point the options are him or Monk ... or maybe Cody Martin if he pans out (still a longshot)

I really don't expect Monk to improve that much now. We see Bacon putting in the work. We never hear about Monk doing the same.

Bacon had drastic improvement from year 1 to 2. I think he took his d league assignments serious, unlike Monk who used it as a glorified shoot around.

You dont think Miles could start at SF and Nic move back to SG? Or does Nic not start either? I think Nic will start, the starters need at least 1 playmaker and Nic is the only one of the roster, probably.

I think that it depends on what the team's intentions are. For example, youth movement / development is prioritized, the Nic probably comes off the bench. If they want his trade value then Nic starts.

And honestly I hope they give up on Nic as a 2nd playmaker. I would much rather they run their offence like Denver, who play a bunch of guys who can pass but don't have any true playmakers. Bacon, Miles, Monk, & PJ can all pass. FWIW, Nic averaged 3.8 Assists per 36. But of all the guys projected to possibly start, the only one with less than 2 per 36 was Marv. Even Cody Zeller was averaging 3.2 per 36 in Borrego's system.

2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu
2021 Draft (11th pick) - Moses Moody
