And see ya Christian Wood!!

I like the pick. Good G League developmental player and a change of pace to what Carey brings.

He is from Jamaica.

So, therefor, he must have a fun accent at least.

Seems to be a rebounding specialist. Maybe a Biyombo who can actually catch a ball.

was once a high ranked pick but came along slowly in college due to being late to bball. worth the risk.

send him to Perth as a "next star" player, its where we are allowed an extra yank if there young

Nice to have some strong rebounders. We are going to need them because team fg% not going to be great.
The Charlotte Hornets will win their first round series against the Boston Celtics in the 2021 Playoffs

Theyre both already better than our two backups we currently have.

Don’t all our current bigs expire either now or next summer?

Might as well load up and add big man depth now - then go guard heavy next draft with a draft class filled with wing talent.

He’s everything Carey isn’t...like this center combo...also might have just drafted a version of Willie Cauley-Stein who actually has passion for the game...could be a steal

I'd rather just pay Giles 5 mil a year and take a shot on a flawed wing.

I'm guessing he'll spend next year in the G-League.

I don’t think either guy would stop the Front Office from signing Giles if they like them.

Richards is 6 11 tall with a 7’4” wingspan and athletic. Doesn’t seem like a waste of a 2nd rounder to me.

I actually liked this guy as a second round target. He reminds me of a discount Jarret Allen- crazy hair, runs floor, challenges everything at the rim.

He was a late bloomer at Kentucky, but he really was a big part of their success this season. Really high character guy from everything I have read who keeps getting better and better. Not sure he is starter at any point, but he is the perfect energy big.

Wouldn't shock me if him and Wiseman end up putting up similar stats per 36.
