Doesn’t say how much more and if I’m him and I’m choosing between staying where I already am to win a championship and moving across the country from LA to Charlotte to lose a ton, can we really blame him?

Not upset at this, despite the dig. Players gonna chase the ring, not build something. Rather not have a mercenary on the squad.

I'm just surprised we did it. Let's roll with the rooks as second string guys and see what they've got.

Not throwing shade at Harrell, I'm questioning why we were trying to get him at all.

Exactly. I’m starting to get pretty excited about Carey.

Think it comes down to just collecting assets, us having guys we can trade for future picks is valuable.

OKC has taught us that, you can use guys like Schroeder, Oubre, Danny Green etc to get additional picks.

Free Agency doesn't have to be completely about adding guys who are going to help you win 3 years from now.

perfect spot for Harrell, they already have great defenders, he can just be the energy big

Not that surprising since they know they need to improve rim protection and rebounding.

Kupchak has tried so hard to move on from Zeller. I feel for the guy (Mitch, not Cody).

Last off-season, WCS stiffed Mitch. He pursued Drummond, Gasol and possibly Capela to no avail as well.

I sense he doesn't like Zeller as part of the future.

who should? the guy is more banged up than anyone else on the roster trying to hold down the paint mostly by himself since he's been here

he does a lot for the team, but he shouldn't be a starter anymore especially at this point in his career. we need help inside

Myles Turner is still out there. His contract doesn't look so sweet in light of the Harrell and Wood deals. Centers are crashing. Shooters/wings are cashing.

do you have OCD MI? I notice when you pick a player, you really do lock on hard

Ya, he can be useful in the right situation, but this wasn't it. LA is definitely it.

Hes a bad fit on this roster and not worth overpaying for with his skillset and our position still being in a rebuild. If he signed here he would have taken his big payday and checked out after like one season and been awful for the rest of the contract.

Zellers value got cut in half the moment Kemba left. And if you’re Mitch, are you relying on Zeller making it through even 3/4 of a season? Hell no. The way that guy plays is better for a junkyard dog bench guy not a 30+min starter.

I'm dying to bury Zeller on the bench.
