GT: Game #9 - Charlotte @ New Orleans (Jan 8th)

Post#1 » by BigSlam » Thu Jan 7, 2021 6:03 pm

I have no idea if we’ll play well, play poorly, play poorly at some points and well at others, play well at some points and poorly at others...This team is a bit of a mystery at the moment.

With Adam’s bullying our pusscake “bigs” though Zion will have 20+ rebounds. I do know that.

Look for Lonzo Ball now primary PG between Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram to be a contender for MIP this year

he's worked hard and is a positive model for Lamelo

I would love to steal Josh Hart from them via trade or free agency this summer. He would be really nice fit next to LaMelo as a defender and spot up guy. Or he can come off the bench. Crazy good rebounder for his size too. Pretty sure they already know each other too from Hart/Lonzo Laker days.

So far, no one on either team is out due to the coronavirus. Let's hope for some rational lineups tonight. The twins should not be on the court at the same time. Monk needs playing time, and the team needs him. Graham needs less playing time, much less. It is time to give the hoped-for trio of Ball-Monk-Bridges a shot. Maybe put Richards on Williamson or Adams.

I've no idea why Mr. Kupchak has not made a move when the team needs a center, even on a 10-day contract.

Stating Zion, Ingram, Redick and Devonte on DraftKings tonight... so if we get smoked hopefully it is those guys.

Weird to hear a non-Charlotte announcing crew say how much they love what MJ has done with the team.

Usually every media outlet outside of Charlotte look for reasons to crap on MJ as an owner any chance they can get.

Made me feel a lot better, and I agree with everything JVG said.

Seemed like all players from both teams expected the refs to call a foul on the PJ drive..........but they didn't.

Graham hasn't made a 2 pt shot in 4 games. Knew it was bad, but didn't know it was that bad

If biyombo could catch a ball he'd have 10 pts right now

Our starters are 2-10.

No wonder we start so many games in the hole.

Hey guys we don't need a change to the starting lineup although for the 6th or 7th time in 9 games were getting our ass whipped to start a game again.
