Haliburton didn't play their last game. Hope he's back for this one - really looking forward to seeing him play against us.

Looking slightly worse for us though. Sounds like no Hayward or Zeller:

At this point I would trade for Drummond just so we have a center that can suit up. Cody Zeller is cooked. Like the guy, but his next contract is a vet minimum.

He's 28 and played in 58 of our 65 games last season? Seems like a bit of an extreme take.

he moves like trash the vast majority of the time, can't stay healthy, and his game is largely out of place in today's game.

if it weren't for biz making him look better by comparison (again), he'd be getting it way worse here in charlotte. incredibly likeable guy but cmon... not everyone handles the mileage the same and cody not being able to stay healthy has been a theme his entire career.

Again, last season he missed a total of 7 games. Was he cooked when he came in to the league?

ETA: I'm not like a big Cody homer, I just think it's going too far to say he's done in the league and he's a vet min guy.

I don’t think he’s done in the league. He’s got plenty of years left, but his style of play means he will be hurt every season. He’s also paid like a starter but the only team he’d start on is ours. He’s had a good season. If we could resign him and he’s our backup I’d be happy with that. If his salary was in the $5m range. He’s quite valuable to us right now because the only other option if Biz.

I'm looking at the East standings: only three teams are above .500, Philadephia, Brooklyn, and Milwaukee. The rest of the playoff spots are wide open.

We have a rough schedule for about a month. If we can find a way to survive March then we can make a playoff push through the end of the regular season. I think we should be making the play in tournament.

So who is available tonight? Ball, Rozier, Monk, Twins, Bridges, Washington, McDaniels, Biyombo. Did I miss anyone? That is a very short bench.

Halliburton looks to be out for the Kings.
