Remind me again what an Exhibit 10 deal is? Get those and 2 way deals confused.

I had to Google it:

An Exhibit 10 contract is a one-year deal that guarantees that the player will receive a training-camp invitation. Exhibit 10 players get bonuses of up to $50,000 to sign with a team's G League affiliate if waived. They have to play for the affiliate for at least 60 days to get paid.

A team can have up to 6 Exhibit 10 contracts at any given time

He is fun. I wanted either DJ Carton, Obadiah Noel, David Duke, JaQuori McLaughlin or MaCio Teague the most and we got Carton so I am happy. I just read that Teague got picked up by Utah so that leaves Jamorko Picket, Troy Baxter JR and Vrenz Bleijenbergh left.

Basically a carrot that *could* become a two-way deal but likely ends up being a ticket to Greensboro.

Carton should get a lot of minutes in Summer League because I don't think we have much PG depth

Would've preferred his name to be Carlton. Would've given him a ready made celebratory dance after big plays

If he makes the team we can call his thread

It is Unusual - The Dj Carlton Thread

If he makes the team it will be unusual that he did so and that is the lyrics in that song you are referring too lol
