He had multiple broken ribs. Who tf was he fighting and what happened?

Also if that's true, what a hilariously bad cover story. You're in a major metro, don't say it was a hit and run.

The bike didn't seem damaged, so I doubt he was hit by a car. He wouldn't be able to walk away either if he got hit by a car, because of potential leg injuries.

The car itself would've been damaged a lot too, so there would be evidence of some kind.

So I'm going to guess he was off-road biking and took a bad fall. Probably in his contract to not do that sort of thing.
