Martin does not project to a starter to me, he is a good defensive player, glue guy who can help move the ball on offense.

If we had 3 superstars on the team and Martin was a 5th starter type then sure, but we are not that team now or do we project to be that team in next two years.

Martin is probably worth trying to lock into a long-term value contract where he is paid to be the 7th or 8th guy on the team. Something like 3/18. If he wants more than that I am okay letting him walk and looking to replace him with a low-cost hustle guy like Kenrich Williams, Deandre Bembry or John Koncar type.
