GT: Charlotte @ New Orleans - March 11th 8:00pm

Post#1 » by BigSlam » Thu Mar 10, 2022 4:57 pm

Looking forward to seeing Herb Jones play.

He's having a really impactful rookie season as a high grade defender and "bit" player.

Wonder if he will guard Melo - and if he does, how Melo deals with that.

No McCollum, Ingram, or Zion

If we lose this, I'm probably not bothering sticking around for the rest of the season

Hopefully we do lose this. We want to give NO every opportunity to make the playoffs and we are a joke. Role out the tank commander

Not sure how I feel about Melo's new hair cut.

This is when you take Oubre out for the rest of the game. He comes in and plays like garbage and once again we are losing in the first quarter to a team we shouldn't be.

Obure has that same weirdness that Hariston had - the 1st time he touches the ball he shoots it.

No matter what.

Half way though the 2nd qtr and Thing #1 is:
Leading our team in points
Leading our team in assists
Leading our team in steals
Is tied for the lead in rebounds
and
Is tied for the lead in 3PM.

Does that say more about Thing #1, or more about everyone else?

I see it’s still dead in here, damn.

I agree with everything all 5 people have said so far except the part about hoping we lose. I don’t agree with that. I hope we end the season with 15 straight wins.

Does anyone here get entertainment from this team anymore? It's a chore to watch these games. All the soul that was there in the first 2.5 months of the season is gone... we went from the most entertaining team to completely unwatchable

February was brutal and March isn’t much better. Only hope is if we get Gordon back in time to win a play in game or two.

Oubre is the king of scoring 3's when we are already up double digits

Hahaha so accurate.

To me it's very clear what makes the biggest difference for our offense: ball movement.

i guess Thor had his 5 minutes of fame with Martin out, so he won't see the court again in a hurry.

only need 1 defender out of 10

Cmon gotta sustain this lead.
