Yeah, gut check game. Don’t really care if we win (honestly) I just want to see us play with fire and joy. If we don’t show up for this one there’s something culturally rotten in the CLT

Miles hits a tough contested 3 to end the quarter. Not a bad first quarter by our standards down 33-29.

So so so dumb...

I was worried he might get his 3rd when JB put him back with 2min left in the quarter...pretty risky.

Miles has been hot from 3 the last few games.

HAVE to play better interior D. I'm looking at you Trez.

Grab some damn 50/50 balls as well too please. Really feels like we get 5% of the 50/50 balls...when we get blocks it usually still leads to points for the opponent...seemingly straightforward rebounds going out of bounds...etc.

Pretty pleased so far - good game, but agree - our interior D still consists of a lot of watching, we're still OK with wide open 3's, and we're still a little too cute with the ball - never seen a team with so many players willing to leave their feet a passer.

Absolutely no game awareness of the two-for-one opportunity we wasted on the possession after ATL free throws for the Lamelo foul. IT and Oubre just obliviously wound down the shot clock to almost nothing and still got off a terrible shot. Atlanta then predictably wind down the shot clock leaving us 3 seconds to heave from halfcourt.

Aren't these guys league veterans and they don't pay attention in a dead ball situation to this opportunity?
