Unless we can get a great return in a trade the plan is to keep him in all likelihood. The clock is ticking with LaMelo (and us fans), we need to win. Letting a near all-star level player walk for nothing is not an option.
The most realistic good return I think we could get for him is with the Mavericks. They are desperate to improve and have proven many times that they don't care about domestic abuse. I'd only go for that though if we draft a wing with our top pick. Hayward will be gone in a year, and if Bridges is also gone our wing depth will become a huge issue.

I see no way Dallas is giving up a top 10 pick for Bridges just to pay him a stack of cash. He is a good player, but it very rarely makes sense to use 2 assets to sign one player unless they are a top 25 player in the league.
