Well, other than Kai with some highlight moments, that wasn't fun

This was the first game I've watched in its entirety in a bit. Wasn't worth it.

This team is hard to watch. Terry and Oubre don't play fun basketball commanding the tank. Hurry up and lose and bring on next season.

Maybe it's best long term, but both the Panthers and the Hornets being this bad has made for a super **** fall. I actually like watching games and I just can't bring myself to watch either. For me, tanking as a prolonged strategy would probably cause me to lose all interest in the team and just go pull for another team.

I would be thrilled to watch if someone else was coaching and they were playing Mark Williams + giving more minutes to all the younger players. There is pretty much nothing in the NBA I have less interest in watching than Steve Clifford trying to squeeze wins out of Rozier, Oubre, and Plumlee, playing the most unwatchable brand of basketball imaginable (and still losing terribly).

Fire Clifford and trade the guys I mentioned and I'll watch damn near every game I can, otherwise I'm pretty much completely tuned out on this team and only focusing on their potential draft prospects at this point.

I might be crazy, but part of me still isn't convinced they are actually tanking. They have to go 35-21 the rest of the season to reach 42 wins (10th seed total last season), but I'm not going to be surprised if when LaMelo, Hayward, and Martin, get healthy Clifford has them playing 40 minutes with an 8 man rotation desperately trying to hit 35+ wins for some reason.

Just imagine how bad this team will be when Pooubre makes his debut. We really should trade him before that happens.

to his credit, his 3-ball has been garbage for a few weeks (most of the season, really) and he's still scoring at a decent rate. This isn't last year when he was taking almost 2/3 of his shots from 3. I think it's more likely he heats up than cools off.

We should trade him though

It would be better simply because we would (hopefully) see them grow and improve instead of being glued to the bench.

On Mark specifically, Duran is averaging 7/7 and Kessler is averaging 6/6 with 2 blocks in just 16MPG. Mark could surly do that.

Yet instead of that, we're playing Rozier 38 minutes and Oubre 33 minutes. Some of that is because of injury, and some of that is because despite being the worst team in the East, we're chasing the playoffs.

Right now, there is 0 reason to watch this team.

Honestly don't understand the not playing young players post. Kai has been averaging 18 to 22 minutes a game. Bryce played 30 last night and has been getting minutes. Bouknight was force fed minutes despise how awful he was and can only blame himself for not getting minutes now. Rozier and Oubre are going to get minutes regardless as they are literally the only 2 players active right now that can get their own shot off.

We are nowhere near the same sheet of music. That MJ Mentality is what has led us to eternal mediocrity. You don't get bonus points for moral victories.

I'm not sure you understand my take. I'm not like "yay this is working, give me more of the same." I'm like "this **** sucks, I'm not watching any team that plays like this."

My point was just that I wouldn't survive a prolonged tank as a fan.
