We are shooting sweetly tonight so far. Almost 70% from the field and 50% from three heading towards half time.

I give Melo credit for taking the 3/4 court heave 3 point attempt at the half time buzzer. It missed but he wasn't protecting his stats.

It's absolutely disgusting the calls Trae Young gets throwing his body into defenders. NBA officiating is such a joke, it's a disgrace to the sport. Crap like that is why the US Olympic team looked like a bunch of flopping crybabies until they adjusted to actual rules last time they played.

Things obviously haven't been as easy for him as when he was coming off the bench, but Mark Williams has held his own against a murderers row of centers imo. His first three starts have been against Horford/Williams, Jokic, and Capela.

Young isn't a player to build around. He's like a mini-Melo if Melo wasn't a good shooter.
