Watch it be for Dlo and a 2nd Rd pick.lol

Lakers always screw teams over at the trade deadline.

I don't know why teams just bow down to the Lakers like that. What they got away with last trade deadline was criminal.
Your Charlotte Hornets! We’ll eventually get something right;right?

Danger zone…Mitch has ALWAYS given the Lakers a hometown discount whenever we’ve engaged. He’s a sucker and they know it.

As I’ve said, the new owners should have canned him weeks ago, found a quality replacement, and be positioned for THESE SCENARIOS NOW!
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

I'm happy to let them repeat it if we can get a 2029 1st out of it, I want to benefit from the Lakers eventual downfall when LeBron is no longer playing, and Anthony Davis is either retired or a nobody.

But I absolutely do not trust Kupcake with any negotiations... especially not with the Lakers.

I want Jalen HOOD-SCHIFINO as a backup point guard option as well.

Russell, JHS and future 1st.

also not surprised, even the general board were praising Terry's play yesterday against the kings. He would be great on the lakers.

Of course they do. As should every other competing team in the league. He's been wonderful this year.

Conversations start with Austin Reaves. I don't want their trash.

Their interest is predicated on making a crap deal with their “buddy”. No way they send us Reeves along with DeAngelo. Plus, their recent changes to their lineup have focused on getting more defense on the court. Russell would be an upgrade at one level, but does he change our dynamic when paired with Melo?

I hate Russells game. I want Reaves and that's all.

Heat deal Herro maybe? But why? Terry is almost Tyler’s twin. Maybe they want another Tyler, and would deal us expensive scraps and a late round first rounder.

I like Herros game but I want a haul. Rozier is averaging 24 4 and 7 on 47% shooting. It isn't appreciated around here but it obviously is around the league.

Edit: I'd have to seriously consider Herro.

I think the Heat only have two available 1sts to trade. Not sure if theyd want to completely tap out their resources for Terry, but I do really like his fit in Miami.

There are only two obvious ways to match salary.

Terry Rozier + Cody Martin for Kyle Lowry + 2027 MIA 1st + 2029 MIA 1st

Terry Rozier for Caleb Martin + Duncan Robinson + 2027 or 2029 1st

edit: The Hornets aren't getting Herro unless they give up draft compensation.

Ain't no way I'm including Cody for a likely buyout of Lowry and two dookie firsts.

Somebody on the roster has to play some **** defense every once in awhile

Have proposed something along these lines a few times - would be more than happy with this trade.
