If we manage to beat Utah in Utah then we could have an exciting end to the season, especially after the trash we've watched all season

This is the rare west coast road swing that doesn't look like a massacre in the making.

Utah and Portland are tanking, Golden State are no longer world beaters and didn't add any reinforcements after the trade deadline.

If the team carries over its positive vibes from the last few games 2-1 is a real possibility.

And people wonder why some people are suggesting trading LaMelo.

It's not because he can't play, it's the fact we are getting used to seeing him in street clothes on the bench. People was frustrated with Hayward for the same reason.

I hope this dude can get over the ankle injuries because he is a key piece to our future. He's on a supermax now it's time we hold him accountable.

The same people who are demanding LaMelo play will be the same people complaining if he gets hurt again and how our medical staff rushed him back in a pointless season. Around and Around the cycle continues.

i can be frustrated, even if he is legit hurt. like i said, i don't know who or what im frustrated at, just frustrated at the whole situation. frustrated he didn't wear braces or frustrated the surgery last year wasn't 100% or that his rehab wasn't perfect or that we rushed back or his genes made him a slow healer or frustrated he hasn't more strength to his legs over last 4 years that might have helped. when i say, he needs to be playing, i mean that it's important he gets games. he needs to work on his chemistry with team and new players and miller. not suggested he rush back from legit healing to play. just to be clear.

it can be both fyi... poor medical/training staff, insufficient investment in player health, breed a pattern of distrust, both ways - too soon, too long

regardless, i think all of us were hoping the extra week off was what the team was targeting for melo to return. its just nuts this broken foot is heading the same way as marks back, cody's knee... just these inexplicable long timelines. perhaps if the hornets ever gave fans actually real updates on players, we ould level set expectations better. when you dont tell fans anything and just list guys as doubtful or close to returning etc... its hard to know the severity of the injury or realistic timelines. our medical staff/pr might as well be in russia.

LaMelo better not come back with all that highly efficient allstar play crap and ruin our Hornets

I think we might be capable of beating the Jazz.

But I have no doubt we are also capable of losing to jazz despite whatever taking they have in mind.

Can't wait to see Melo and Mann together but I want Mann to get at least 10 starts first
