Bucket getter.

Mitch would’ve loved him. Goodbye Jared. Also, not a good sign at all for Nick.

Looked up guy's G League stats and saw he's putting up comparable stats to Bryce McGowens, who apparently is third in scoring in the G league.

Seems odd to sign a guard with KJ and NSJ already here. Would've thought it'd be a forward or center.

We’ve got one body at PF on the roster and he’s barely playable and we’re over here shuffling around our 5th SG spot, the only one where we somehow still have a glut of bodies lol

Peterson..idk man

Our quest for Monta Ellis continues. Makes zero sense unless you're the Hornets and it makes perfect sense.

I liked Wong coming out of Miami

He is a more mature baller than Nick Jr, more versatile than Simpson, better scorer than Micic

Someone has got to help Miller score points right now

I like Wong and take issue with the negative thread name

Meh, we desperately need scorers right now, let's see how the guy that is on a heater does. Makes sense to me.

Our biggest issue right now is putting the ball in the basket.

I think meh is the operative word - a non move. I can't imagine Wong seeing the court before Micic or KJ especially considering he's much more of a small shooting guard than a 1. I guess he's being queued up to steal NSJ minutes. NSJ has averaged about 12 minutes per game over the last 4 and stunk it up. So, there's the value I suppose - a guy sort of like NSJ (undersized offense-before-defense SG) that you hope can make more of the 12 minutes or so than NSJ. And if this is the case? Bad tidings for NSJ.

If they think he can help, even if only marginally, it's a good move. I don't know how anyone can criticize trying to be proactive to improve the roster.

Obviously we are hurting at the PF spot with Miles and Grant out, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't pick up another prospect and see what he's got. It's literally just swapping him out for another G League guy, not like it costs us anything.

I think Jeff Pete is really angling for us to keep that lottery pick this year. Everything about his moves suggest that we’re stockpiling assets to try to contend in 26/27.

Do I necessarily agree with that vision? No. So far he has yet to make a move that fills me with any sort of confidence. However I think that’s what he’s doing.

It’ll take thru Melos whole extension for this team to have a core and even begin to unravel all the horrible habits they are going to pick up between now and then. The timeline on this roster is all ruined but that’s what happens when you waste a top prospects entire rookie contract floating directionless

Wong will just take Rhoden's mins now. Which were 0. Now can we go get a F?
