What's the problem with AI pics? I didn't think anyone specifically didn't like them, it's not a big deal to me not to do them

i mean... I probably use AI More than 99% of the human population. And most of it's just for **** and giggles. Something I do to pass the time. I love making pictures and videos and songs and just chatting. That being said, obviously the oversaturation of AI images and videos all over the Internet and all over social media is annoying. I hate that anytime I see a video now I have to go into a comment section and find out if it's real. And I hate that I can look at a picture and almost usually tell within two seconds if it's AI. You generate enough of these images and you almost immediately know what to look for. Or you've seen the style 1000 times. Not to mention the whole ethical side of using AI to influence an increasingly dumb population That thinks everything they see from certain sources is real. Or the part where they're going to steal half our jobs. That being said, I thoroughly enjoy seeing people create Hornets related AI memes. So I am all in favor of as much Hornets AI slop as possible in our game threads this year. I think you can be sick of AI in general while at the same time being completely entertained by Hornets AI stuff. My two cents.

The one eye being all weird is unsettling, but otherwise this alternative take on Hugo (Hobo just sitting there but maybe too obvious) isnt my least favorite. I like how his head is felt but his arms are really furry, creating this ninja turtle sasquatch cryptid thing. These images are a treasure trove for the overanaltyical and will absolutely be the highlight of some GTs, so I vote yes, while recognizing why we should vote no. No fate but what we make for ourselves.

Looking forward to the game. Nets look like an interesting collection of players. ESPN has Denim at the top of the pg depth chart, which I think would be something to watch, but preseason box scores suggest a bit of an optimistic placement.

This is the best time of the season to be a Hornets fan. Delusional hope before it gets mercilessly slaughtered by cruel reality. 50-32 here we come!!!

FWIW, I used to be a huge photography fan. Started MANY years ago, had great Nikon equipment, lenses, lighting, even medium format stuff. When digital emerged, I eventually embraced it, appreciating the ability to check images instantly, do digital photoshopping, etc. The proliferation of cameras, phone photos, easy manipulation and my worsening eyesight made me give it up. If almost anyone could just grab pics then scrub it into a pristine image, where was the magic? I don’t blame anyone or anything, just how tech developed. With AI capabilities it’s another tool to create. But back in “the day” you really had to know your craft, the use of light, and have that magic touch of shooting in the perfect moment to create art. AND I had to wait for development and printing to know if I got it right.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

Well, I am headed down to Charlotte later this afternoon and will report back on the new arena. I feel like we should probably even be getting a win tonight but ya never know with this team.......

best guess at rotation and minutes tonight

pg melo 34, mann 20
sg sexton 30, kon 18
sf miller 32, liam 12
pf miles 36, tiddy 10
c moose 30, kalk 18

starters 162
bench 78
total 240

vets get nod on opening night
very young bench
sexton rotates to run 2nd unit for half his minutes
kon plays both sg/sf
lee gets bold and plays small with liam/miller/kon at pf for brief stretch

Return to Charlotte Hornets
