Gee, an undersized 5/4 who basically produces little to nothing. Hornets are the most benevolent friend to the rich kid teams needing an extra $MILLIONS savings on their taxes. Never see anyone returning that favor much.

The new front office actually valuing locker room cohesion is a huge improvement. The old group would just throw guys together without thought or care about how everyone would mesh.

Seems like a younger slight upgrade on plumlee with even more of a Unc type presence to make sure Miles stays out of the club after games or whatever. It’s fine.

Hard to be mad about replacing plumdog with a guy that maybe fits Lee’s playstyle better and replicates veteran leadership.

He's a really good passer, something people should not underrate. And solid defender (less athletic but physical, something which is still missing). He's only 27 too (and cheap).

That being said, like diabate, he's a big rotation for me. That worked pretty well when he was in Memphis (along with Clarke/JJJ).

He isn't going to play, we probably keep him as the 15th man because we need a 3rd center on the roster but this move was all about doing the Celtics a favor so they will scratch our back at some point. Same reason we did the deal to Dallas to give them Tyus Jones.

Same reason we waived Mike Conley so he could rejoin the Twolves- a favor to his agent and Minny.

Keep in mind he has play offs experience. Let me check who else in this team has...mmh ?

For my part, i wont drop to any conclusions at this point. If he's good and provide the toughness Bridges cant bring, i would think he will have good minutes at the very least in the post season.
