WHY?

Charlotte I think really wins in this trade but at the same time helps the Jazz. Bobcats would actually get another true point guard to back up McInnis since they aren't using Felton as a point to much.

Utah really replaces what they lost and helps their weak areas cause I think Felton could play a good back up minutes and at times play Williams and Felton at the same time.
