Jason Richardson: We all know that Wallace is going to be Wallace, so J-Swish needs to show up and not J-Brick.

Feel free to bite your fist.

Well, Lastnight we tried to "Ask Vexco " but got nothing. So were going to ask a HUGE Game Thread contributer Walt Cronkite.

Walt, Is Memphis better than their records says? If so, what do we need to do as a team to stop them from taking this game from us?

The good news is that Gay missed last night with "flu like symptoms". The bad news is that Bobby Jones (who is on a 10 day contract) played in his place and almost had a tripple double!!

I'm interested in seeing these "racing-style" Bobcats uniforms that they will be wearing tonight.

Hopefully they won't be that ugly.

I expect a win and nothing less - win by 5-6 pts

I'm glad to hear that about Jones, for him. As I've been a supporter of his since late in his senior year at Washington. Really like him as a role-player. He's had a couple unfair, but each different situations so far in the NBA. I hope he sticks with Memphis, and with his game, he's destined to somewhere eventually.

I would say Memphis is definitely better than their record. New Orleans, Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, Memphis. Check out that division! Once T-back starts playing again, Memphis should become the lone team NOT projected for the playoffs. The Griz are currently 2-9 against those division rivals, but the good news for them is that they only have something like 5 games left against those teams. That alone should allow for obvious improvement in the 2nd half of the season, but unfortunately for them, they still have to play all of the other teams out West and only get the luxury of playing the Knicks twice!

I wouldn't normally make this clarification (well, unless this was the Mavericks or Suns), but we shouldn't be trying to "stop them from taking this game from us". We should be trying to "finally beat the Grizzlies for the first time EVER", luckily for the good guys, Rudy Gay and Darko Milicic are listed as day-to-day. Darko is big, but we should be more worried about Stromile Swift after what Chandler and West did to us last night. Rudy Gay being out would be a great break for us, except Memphis plugged Bobby Jones into the starting lineup last night and he responded with his first NBA double-double, setting career highs in points and rebounds along the way (yes, the Bobby Jones that they signed to a 10 day contract.)

For the Bobcats to win: MUST CRASH BOARDS! Regardless of if we go uptempo or try to slow down the Grizzlies, if we don't control the glass and follow our own misses, we're screwed. I think Richardson and Wallace will rebound from last night, but we need a lot of help from Felton, Mohammed and Okafor. If Carroll can add 1/2 of Miller's production, that would be helpful as well.

All in all, I feel a BOBCATS WIN!! GO CATS!

Does "racing-style" mean "checker board", because that could be cool!

Crash should be well rested for this one since he didn't much driving to the hoop last night. Just take over this game and rip the ball out of McMinus and Ray's hands. Enough of this crappy guard play. And Jokafor can you please dominate Gasol? Is that too much to ask? Ahem...JRich, yoo hoo I'm talking to you, can you please make your shots in this game? Take it to the hole JRich! Take it to the hole! Get to the line!

Thoughts on the unis? I think it's pretty much what I expected. Do the Pacers have an alternate color besides yellow and blue, they could have cool unis like this where it would actually make sense.

Felton should have gone for the layup there instead of the cute pass. He sometimes is backwards on that stuff.

Some nice passing all of a sudden.

I was just about to say the same thing. We missed a golden opportunity there as the Grizz couldn't hit anything. And Nazr has to dunk that sh*t. He missed 3 of those last game too.
