Man, this is a big night for the Bobcats. These guys are right above us in the standings, and we have to make sure to keep it that way. This is a serious must-lose game. I'm hoping everybody can step it down, and really fall flat tonight. If we really work at it, I can see us losing this game by 10, even 20 points. I think we'll be in great shape to do it with Sam at the helm, one can only hope that nobody ruins it by having a good game.

Murray at Pg, Foster at C, and no O'neal.

Ind 92- Cha 88

Vincent will ignore the favorable matchups.

If Sam is still coach at game time; then for the good of the club, I can only hope for a loss.

This is a win-win game. If we win, we could catch up to the 8th seed. If we lose, we seperate ourselves and all but lock us in for the 7th spot.

So, we should rejoice for whatever the outcome of the game is! I don't think draft position is important after the top 2 picks (which would be nice to have, but ain't happening). Mayo or Love should be there when we pick and we can use them both.

If we win I don't think we can make the playoffs.

The 8-seed will almost certainly finish with at least 33 wins (the Hawks are on pace for 35.5). For us to get to 33, we need 8 wins out of 14 games, which would be really hard for us to manage, especially with 8 road games. Plus, that's a fortunate playoff situation. It's quite possible the 8-seed will have 35, even 36 wins, and then we're really completely out of it.

We do have some seemingly easy games, against Minnesota, NYK, Miami, and Seattle. But since we just got blown out by Minnesota, I'm dubious we'd sweep those games AND win a game or two against a playoff squad.

Good luck with the loosing, guys.

I guess the pacers could still make it. We have 6 road games and just a couple of games against playoff teams.

Too bad there is no Danger today :(
