Hey posters,
First of all, I'm sorry that your team wasn't able to make the playoffs. You know I'm in the same boat, so I definitely identify with you. I am looking to put together NBA Summits for the fourteen Lottery teams as the playoffs get underway...that should keep things interesting for all parties...
I put together a ton of these on the NFL forums heading into next weekend's draft and they have been wildly successful. I hope for the same here, and I know the population of these boards will lend itself to many responses.
Editor Chris Reina and I have put together these seven question for you all to answer, with the best answers making it into posted pieces on our main page. The only thing that I ask is that you please limit your responses to two sentences per question. Please try your best to heed that request, it makes the Summits easier to read and quicker to put together.
Thanks gang, and best of luck in the Lottery.

(1) Not gotten rid of the people in the two positions where we got most of our leadership from during our entire existence. It did not pay off.
(2) Hmm. I'm not really even sure. That we have amassed some nice individual talent? It used to be that we would give our all every night, but that wasn't the case at times this year. We aren't really great offensively, defensively, or rebound-wise. Hmm. Our stength is that we have some nice talent that can play multiple positions? haha, I really don't know.
(3) Richardson? Mohammed was better than I thought he would be. Dudley was decent the few times he got minutes. Outside of that, I don't think most of our players had "effective" seasons.
(4) Almost everyone else I didn't list in the previous answer?
(5) Somewhat confident, because I know they are willing to spend, and from some of the moves they've made in the past, I can't imagine that they won't fix the problems of this season. Now, they may be stupid and "fix" those problems with even bigger problems, but I believe they will address them, so for that reason I'm somewhat confident.
(6) A PF, maybe a PG, but I personally do not want to waste a few more seasons deciding on a young, questionable PG. I would prefer we just acquire one via FA. So, PF.
(7) Trade the pick

You're going to get a LOT of similar answers here. 1) Never hire Sam Vincent, a horrendous head coach. 2) Never re-sign Jeff McInnis, and for sure don't play him nearly so much as we did. 3) Play Jared Dudley the whole year.

A: Let's see, how about stick to the plan of being a fast paced running team, not play Felton at SG 1/3rd of the season, not let Jeff Mcinnis play more than 5mpg let alone run the team at PG, addressed the front court issue in the off-season, played Carroll and Dudley more early on.
