Yi traded to Nets

Yi traded for Richard Jefferson. Does this affect who the Bucks take? Everyone thought they would draft small forward Alexander but now what? Do they take Love if available and screw the Bobcats?

There may have been picks swapped also........8 and 10. Not sure about that but right now it's Jefferson for Yi and Bobby Simmons.

Well, I kept quiet when all the Love talk started up today, but I guess that now ends.

Boy, I sure hope they do "screw" us over by taking yet another overhyped white college star that will most likely bust at the NBA level, thereby precluding us from screwing ourselves by adding another one to our roster.

Yep...now the Bucks are targeting K Love to be their PF and still shopping Charlie V......So doesnt look like Love will fall to us in any way now...but J Alexander will be there probably, no need for him as our SF rotation is strong do we take him regardless as the Best Player Available?

W-Ham.......trust me man.....Love is the real deal. He will be rookie of the year and make a team a lot better the way he passes the ball. He didn't want to be a college star.....he wanted to go straight from high school.......he's not your four year white college player. Roy Williams said that Love is the recruit that he most regrets ever losing in his coaching career. Love picked UCLA over UNC. Williams said that Love will average 20ppg in the NBA while filling up the rest of the stat sheet.

Bucks are and will continue to be the one team I really can't call. Dumping Simmons was a good move for them. Adding Jefferson to the mix, makes me think they'll keep Redd.

So I guess I see them going big, but I wouldn't have a clue as to who they would take. Love would make a lot of sense for them, but so would a ton of frontcourt players.

I guess the Nets are going after Lebron....

2008-09 Nets Programs will have the title "Vince Carter for sale, inquire within" on the covers.

This and the alleged Clipper/Seattle rumor could make this draft fairly interesting.

Andy Katz and Rick Bucher just said this will not change the Bucks' intention of drafting Alexander. This was just on ESPNews.

More and more I see us getting Love, which would be great, here's how I see it:

1. Rose
2. Beasley
3. Mayo
4. Gordon
5. Lopez
6. Westbrook
7. Bayless
8. Alexander
9. Love
10. Gallinari

Hopefully you meant Love at 9.....I don't want the 2nd twin that high.

I think he meant Lopez but Love at 5, Grizzlies are a near lock to take him now that Gordon is gone, assuming they standpat

You could be right, this is just how I see it panning out and I might be blinded by optimism

our best hope for landing love at 9 is someone ekse trading into the 5 spot.

May be true. Let's say Memphis deals the #5 to the Nets, I see something like this happening:

1. Rose
2. Beasley
3. Mayo
4. Gordon
5. Gallinari
6. Westbrook
7. Lopez
8. Alexander
9. Love
10. Randolph

with Bayless slipping
