Snows contract comes off this year, Before the season begins!

Looks good, but the Cavs will never give up Eric Snow for so little.....

David Lee and Eric Snow is hardly a fair trade for Gerald even if we do free up 7 mil in cap space. I would rather have the ferocious defense and complimentary scoring that he provides.

Even though Larry knows these guys and it checks out on trade checker, I am not sure the point/offense giveup by the bobcats is worth it unless Dudly/Morrison can fill the gap. Snow gives us the veteran point guard and Lee gives us the power forward boards(scoring questionable??) Anyway I agree that Cleveland won't give up snow. Thats the negative on this trade..

The positive is the two players we're get are seasoned players under Larry Brown coaching and if it doesn't work they will be gone by this time next year and we will probably have a top three potected lottery pick. If it does work then we will make the playoffs and have money avaialable to sign Lee to long term, pick up some other players in free agency because snows contract expires, and be a more balanced team. I wonder if the poster dreamed this one up or if there are actual talks going on?? We will see. I'm on the fence on this one either way..

Snows knee is gone. Sorry he is retiring as he was a good player... This trade idea is history which is good because it wasn't the best solution for us. I guess we go to camp and see what happens. Especially with May/Davidson??
