What are three headlines you are expecting to see this year in the Observer:

Here are mine:

#1: The Dream MAYbe Over
Will appear after McMay starts the season and through the two months averages 18/10/3/1 on 49% and 80% shooting leading the Bobcats to 21-10 start to the season, the hottest in the NBA, only to pull up sore after the Dec 30th game against the Knicks after posting the 1st ever Bobcat tripple double (22/13/10) and is ruled out the rest of the season once again teasing the Bobcats fans with what might have been.

#2: Welcome To Brown Town
Larry has mellowed and embraced the players. The players have been searching for a "Dad" and embrace Larry. From opening night and for the whole season, it clicks. The fans are in awe of Larry as he speaks passionately about the team, the town, the fans and his goals. The Bobcats make the playoffs. The win the 1st round and are knocked out of the 2nd but the main thing is that basketball is back, alive and well in the Queen City.

#3: The Bobcats Will NOT Trade Wallace For Big Man.
And then three days later Crash is traded for a PF.

What 'cha got?

This one is the true teaser. You can also insert Morrison here, and a blown out ankle.

Good one.

"Brown, Out"

Whenever Larry moves on. At the end of the season or in 2020. It's too easy, the observer can't resist.

"Crash-tastic"
"Gone Carroll-ing"
"Everybody Loves Raymond"
"Dudley do-right"

etc.

I feel a little ill from all the bad puns, I have to stop...

The Observer? We'll probably see "Bobcat Johnson is a crook, fires all of his staff" and then nothing about basketball. :)
