The Larry Brown effect?

The Landry signing has all the hallmarks of not being a (Please Use More Appropriate Word) thing to do.

Decent money. Good timing. Puts them over the luxury tax (apparently). If they don't match we are happy. If they match, we can live with it, and we managed to inflict some financial harm to their team.

Call me crazy, but it seems... kinda... smart. You know?

I am not used to that.

Hold me. Somebody. Hold me.

:D

If we got that starting power forward signed, sealed, and delivered to our roster, I think we ALL would have to be held back.

I guess we get to see if Larry Brown has some "Miracle Worker" in him to make a power forward out of a bunch of used car parts off a 1959 Rambler.

Oh, yeah. We had better trade for our starting grade power forward. This restricted free agent thing is just making the rest of the league better- NOT CHARLOTTE. The only problem with that is...getting what we need WILL cost us some combination of Crash, Ammo, or Hammer. THAT will take some getting used to.

What about last years Anderson Varejao, lets call it, event. It was pretty much the same thing. Only difference was Landry was preseason and Varejao was inseason.
