LaSalle Thompson Joins Coaching Staff

LaSalle Thompson, who was brought in to be strength and conditioning coach, has been promoted to one of LB's assistants.

Me wonders if he is the guy that LB has hand picked to groom to take over the head coaching job in 3 or 4 years time when LB is ready to hang them up? Sucsession management perhaps?

It would be nice if we had someone under LB for a couple of years before handing the job over to an unknown (Hi Sam, how's the D?) like we have done before.
