Ammo and Dudley get options picked up

i guess this means the front office still has faith in ammo for the long term.

or as Bonnell likes to continue to point out... this could mean we are trading him.

However, this could be a step toward trading Morrison, possibly for a big man. By exercising Morrison's $5.26 million option, the Bobcats can assure a team he's their property this season and next in trade discussions.

My thought is that Dudley is productive and someone LB would want. I thought exactly as mentioned above about Ammo. This is for a possible trade and that Ammo would be more than a 1 and done for someone. Someone would likely want a 2 year committment to see if he is going to start to live up to the hype. If he does, they offer him a long term deal.

Wow... why why why extend Ammo when you don't have to? He can't get burn in preseason!

I think Ammo would be more tradeable as an expiring contract (and will re-sign with his new team if he actually performs).
