3 - JRich
2 - Wallace
1 - Ammo

What a miserable game. So much for our "improved" defense, only the fact that they missed free throws kept this within 20. 34% shooting, badly out-boarded, a basically negative performance from both our point guards... the only guy with a net + is JRich (well, and Ajinça, but I think we can safely call that a small sample size).

I think our anemic offense has more to do with the Cavs scoring 96, which is still not that bad.

Our intensity on D is up from last year. We are actually challenging most shots (unless Gibson shot them...don't know what is up with that.)

However, our offense is just horrible at the moment. Just feed the ball to Morrison and J-Rich and tell Gerald, Felton, and Augustine not to take any jumpers, ever, until you hit two wide open shots in a row.
I don't support domestic violence. Thanks Miles

Seriously why is everyone so high on Wallace?? I haven't got much chance to watch Bobcats this year since I live in Asia, but just from watching the games last year and the recaps Wallace is not a top defender. Sure he makes a lot of highlighted blocks and steals, but in terms of defending his man one on one, I take guys like Ron Artest any day!

Did u see how easy Lebron went by him? not only that, Wallace didn't even try to get a recover or get a strip. In fact in from the short recap Jrich had to take a hard foul to prevent LBJ from making his second nasty dunk of the game.

I'm not saying Wallace cant play defense, I just think he concentrated too much on the offensive end that he often forgets that he is a defender first!

amcoolio and pondin: This is the Hammers thread. How about some votes and keeping the synopsis of the game/players in one of the other threads?

I apologize that this is out of play, Slam, but one quick remark: 96 points doesn't sound too bad, but that's really only because the game was played at a fairly low pace. We allowed 115.1 pts/100 possessions and scored 94.7 pts/100, both of which would have put us way past last in the league in 07-08. That's not to say we're the worst team in the league, but last night was terrible on both sides of the ball.

3 - Stephanie Ready
2 - JRich
1 - the NC Lottery Guy

Sorry, no one besides JRich deserves any credit. Also, I've always had a soft spot for Stephanie, unless she looks like she just got out of a rainstorm, which happens a lot on the road.
