Here is where Salmons steps in he is currently unhappy with the choaching staff and is on the block. He is a versatile player who can play PG/SG/SF. If you need to know more you can go to http://www.draftexpress.com/profile/John-Salmons-4214/ To lazy to recap

Sacramento is willing to trade him and their biggest position of need is PG. So a trade of Salmons for Felton and S.Brown works in the trade checker. IMO it is good for both teams for SAC: They get rid of a unhappy player who doesn't really fit in their longterm plan and is taking away minutes from Martin and Garcia. While they get back a PG that they really need(Udrih and Brown just won't cut it). Plus both incoming players are FAs in the summer therfore they get some cap flexibility. There is only Rubio available in the draft and from what I hera and read he won't come out this year. Felton is one of the best available FAs at PG and if they have his rights they could get him far cheaper than on the open market.
For Bobcats it's quite easy if you ask me. Felton is a RFA this summer and with DJ there is very little chance we retain his services. Therfore we should trade him for a player who is more in our longterm plans. There is not a lot of teams looking for a PG so SAC makes a good trading partner. Some of you will say that leaving DJ alone at PG is not good that is why there can be a follow up trade like May+Morrison for Watson. I think salmons gives us insurance for Bell who is aging and more D. The lineup after both trades would look like:
DJ/Watson/Singeltery
Bell/Carrol
Wallace/Salmons
Diaw/Howard/Ajnica
Okafor/Hollins/Muhammed
Since I have little faith that we will make the playoffs this year(due to large no. of away games left) We can get someone like Curry in the late lottery to give us some ofense. Thoughts...
