i've been on the shannon brown bandwagon since mid november. i love his energy. yeah, he's a bit of a black hole and yeah he'll make some boneheaded plays, but he still deserves minutes. he makes things happen. nothing again singletary, who i think has some promise, but there is no way in hell sean should be playing over shannon right now. in fact, you could argue that shannon, when he has played, has been better than hammer this year.

The lack of minutes for him and Twiggy has been my only beef with LB so far. Guys like that, you have to take the (abundant) good with the (occasional) bad.

I agree completely i have said that before,i was wonderin and still wonder why hammer and ammo were gettin the mins shannon should have bein gettin.He produces when he gets in has a ton of energy and more athletic then hammer and ammo put together.He can also guard the more athletic pg's and sg's better then them as well.

Look at the stats: start with $ per Season * # of Seasons left on contract.

I hate his attitude but when your possibly the least talented roster in the game and you have a talent like him you have to play him. Even just to showcase him.

why dont you like his attitude? he seems like a hard working player to me. did i miss something he did in cleveland, other than shoot too much?

He was known in cleveland for having a bad attitude. They had Snow miked up and he was trying to talk to brown and coach him and brown said something and wanted nothing to do with it and hubie or one of the guys was talking about he doesn't want to take coaching from even eric snow and the way he is he won't live up to his talent. I forgot the details of it because it wasn't a huge deal to me at the time but I know he has a terrible attitude. Maybe he's changed though. Eric Snow seemed really fustrated he wouldn't listen to him to.

I had the same opinion about Brown when we signed him, I wasn't impressed at all and said so in the here. But I was wrong, he has been maybe as good offensively as Hammer/Ammmo and a lot better defensively. He doesn't have a great BBIQ, he doesn't even have decent BBIQ. But he contributes none the less.

Why do you call him hammer and who do you call hammer?

matt carroll = hammer.

Why? I can see matt harpring call the hammer.
