I also went to the game saturday Fats....wow is the perfect word!!!

I want them to resign Peppers...we obviously have to look at upgrading the QB position, we need to upgrade the secondary & resign Gross all w/o a 1st rd pick....getting rid of Peppers now just adds to the list of things we have to do and even though he doesnt bring it every game where else are you gonna find a player of that caliber without a 1st rd pick.....the team is good we just didnt bring it Saturday night...Jake definetly didnt, but you cant try to rebuild now after finally getting it right for the first time since 2003....you dont rebuild, you tweak!!

peppers is the white lion...you cant get rid of him and he is too expensive to keep.....honestly i think the coaching staff has been wasting his talent for years and he knows it....if he was in a 3-4 he would compete for the sack record...best case we can trade him to a team in the AFC thats dumb as a brick and will keep wasting his talent plus give us at least two first rounders

I was at the game on Saturday but I left at half time. I couldn't stand anymore of that game while feeling like I was watching an infomercial. In the few times I wasn't being advertised at, it was as if someone set up a playlist from Light 102.9. Way to get the crowd in the game.....

Any how, first things first. We gotta get rid of Trgovac and if Fox won't do it he can go too. Our whole approach on defense is pussified and if Saturdays game didn't prove once again that he sucks then I don't know what will.

He should have been let go years ago. Instead at when they were feeling some heat, they used Henning as a scape goat even though we only had one offensive weapon in Steve Smith. They guy had nothing to work with and look at what he's pulled out of his ass down in Miami.

agree about Trgovac. the defense have been vanilla, boring and unimaginative for years. we made no adjustments to get pressure on warner or to slow down fitz. we barely ever moved the saftey over to help cover ftiz. it was insane.

I know right? Half the time he couldn't even get personnel changes worked out right. Cards line up 4-5 receivers. We still have 3 linebackers in the game. Pitiful.

At least you don't have the Lions as your home team. Culpepper ran into a Lineman on a scramble and Orlovsky (both players are QBs) ran out of the back of the endzone. Charlie Batch might be the best QB we've had in some time, and Joey Harrington was part of the "High point" of Matt Millens reign of terror.

Your team had one bad playoff game, BOOO-F***ING-HOO!

Yeah happy bday jake your gift to us was 5int's, 6to's total and a serious beatin from the cardinals.

I had a golden retriever growing up. His name was Otis and he was an excellent dog. So excellent that I've been apprehensions re: getting another dog. Instead, I have a manx cat that likes to chill and is larger than many medium sized dogs. His name is Cat Sajak, I've heard he's not a typical cat though, so I feel like I'm missing out on part of the experience. In August my gf added a cockatiel to the family--the cat is terrified of him.

Thanks for the add Fats, I've wanted one of these for a while. 8-)

I had cats. They don't do much. Nothing like having a dog. Alot less work though but your house can smell from cats.

Obviously it hurts to lose, but it's made worse by two things: 1) The Panthers are way better than them, and 2) we didn't just lose, we got straight murdered.

I don't know how to excuse this one for Jake, I've been a long supporter of his, but his picks weren't just chance (like, say, Sam Bradford in the NC game) or even very good plays from the defense... they were inexcusable, awful decisions. But we failed defensively too... they have one good WR, but we ran zones and just let Kurt Warner wait to throw it into a hole in them. I am still not sure why we passed so much in the first half, either. Jake shouldn't even be in a position to kill us like that. I think we have to re-sign Peppers, he's an all-pro talent and you can't let that walk. The secondary is actually fine, I think we might need to replace Trgovac though and definitely we need to pursue a new QB.

Anyway, I had dogs, cats, and a bird when I was a kid, but now I have a Boston Terrier who's about 7 months old. Very good dog so far, learns quickly, but he's a bit over-exuberant.

i grew up with mostly dogs. had 2 cats along the way but they were outdoor cats. i live in a townhouse now and i just cant see having a dog cause he would have to wait too long on many days to go to the br (8am to 7pm is just too long).

...so we got a cat about 3 years ago. i was skeptical at first, cause cats arent always the most affectionate aniamals. well, after 3 years, i am officially on the cat bandwagon. our cat is awesome. he's an indoor cat. around thanksgiving our cat snuck out of the house when a door didnt get closed all the way. he was gone for a week and had never been outside. that may have been the most miserable week of my life. it was cold and rainy the whole time and i seriously must have walked/jogged/ran 30 miles that week around the surrounding neighborhoods looking for him. luckily a neighbor (3 doors down) saw in a their driveway one night.
