Not a bad move.

I really, really, really hope that Lex gets a lot of PT down there and has some big games.

Does this mean Sean May will be active?

I sure hope so!

Sean May has to be active now, whether or not he plays is another issue.

If May is actually 260 then he should play being he is in a contract yea he will probably overachieve.

How dare you disrespect a national champion and final four most outstanding player!

He deserves to be disrespected for slacking.

Good.

OT...but Bonnell's blog entry before this one says according to Higgins the NBA document stating the protection on our pick next season is lottery protected is incorrect; it's actually protected up to pick thru 20th.

I wish he'd got the entire protection out of him...does it drop to 12th next year? Maybe someone who Bonnell will actually reply to (Slam?) could email and get him to elaborate?

This is fantastic news. If we can retain a selection around 18 and pick up a Budinger or Terrence Williams to plug in the two spot next year and build on the growth we've had this season, I'd be happy to fork over a 22-23 pick in 2010.

I'm hoping this is just for a few weeks. Get them lots of PT so we can bring them back if we make the Playoffs and they will be ready to contribute.

Ajinca wont be able to contribute until next season, and even that might be a stretch.

I doubt Singletary contributes any this season as well.

This is a good thing.

I figured Ajinca in particular should have been down there earlier, but I understand Brown wanted to try to coach him, plus all the problems he may have had with adjusting, etc.

But he's been with us most of the year, so it's a good time to send him to the NBADL and see if he can actually perform. There's only so much you can teach a player, at some point they just have to get some "on-the-job" training.

I hope they both do well.

In light of the Dontrell Jefferson signing we'll still have to make someone inactive and I doubt it's the guy we brought in on a 10 day. Martin gets a pass or else we're totally just blowing money on him. It's May vs. Mohammed! FIGHT!

Marcus Williams should get singed and Sean S cut. If we have Marcus we would have 2 guys with sg size 2 guys at total pg size and 1 in the middle at 6'3. Plus Williams potential is so much better then Sean Signlertary
