Would you guys trade Wallace/Bell for Kaman/Thornton?
The Bobcats have been interested in pairing him next to Okafor for a long time. Thornton would replace Wallace at the SF, and this would free up about $3 million for the Bobcats to resign Felton. Then the Bobcats could use their draft pick to get a SG (Curry, Warren, Budinger, or DeRozan).
Thoughts?

Kaman, IMO, is over priced, under achieving and always injured.
No way would I want that many bigs (EO50, Kaman, Diop and Nazzy) earning that much money on my roster.

No thanks
It unbalances our roster. Mek and Kaman play the same position, and we would have 0 SG's. I don't like the idea of being 100% dependent on Warren or Curry to be THE guy at SG for 82 games with no backup plan.

Re: LAC/CHA Offseason Trade Idea
I was under the impression that the Clippers were interested in obtaining Okafor when Brand dis'd them. Have we had interest in Kaman for a long time?
As for the trade despite the above, I wouldn't do it, but I'm positive of one poster at least who's going to come in and say we're homer idiots because this gives us the possibility of adding an actual All-Star and a young superstar wing that's as good of a creator as Wallace.

While I would love to get Kaman and Thorton, we would then have no SG on the roster.

I don't really get the love for Thornton.

I agree. Thornton is garbage. Look at how he is playing. He's airballing shots like Zach Randolph.
