Who earned their pay cheque this year? I've only listed the guys that finished the season with the team and all numbers are taken from DX and are slightly rounded. Keep in mind this isn't based on their entire contract, jsut one season and what they were paid this one season.
EO50 @ $9.5 mil = Yes
Crash @ $9.5 mil = Yes
Boris @ $9 mil = Yes
Radman @ $6 mil = No
Nazzy @ $6 mil = No
Gana @ $5.5 mil = No
Raja @ $5 mil = Yes
Felts @ $4.1 mil = Yes
McMay @ 2.6 mil = No
DJ @ $2.2 mil = Yes
Lexy @ $1.2 mil = No
Juwan @ 800k = Yes
Singo @ 400k = No
Bling @ 200k = No
TMNT (couldn't find a listing, but lets say not very much is a safe bet!!) = Yes

Looks about right to me. Question is, if Ray's number were 7m or 8m or 9m, at what point does it become too much?

And I strongly question whether we should offer May the QO for another year. Not sure if he's committed or not to staying in shape. If we landed another stong PF via draft or FA, I'd let him go.

i'd still am not totally happy with meks production for the money his makes. 9.5mil is OK, but we'll be overpaying for his 13/10 once he gets further in that contract.

These are both very valid questions - and in part the thought behind the post. They both performed to what they are paid this past season, but going forward there will/should be much greater expectations for what they are going to be paid.
We need to be smart with our money.

I pretty much agree with these with the same caveat as Fats. What was Mek getting last year? Besides being a better FT shooter this year (which honestly wasn't that hard to do), did this years numbers justify the pay raise? I'd say no.

Mek's player efficiency rating (PER) is higher this season than it was last. Infact, he was second on the team behind Wallace. And for much of the season, he was first.
But i'm dissapointed with how his season ended. Post-ASG, his numbers took a hit. Going into the break, I thought he was our most productive player. Statisically speaking, this past two months really hurt him.
March - 14 games, 11.6 ppg and 7.7 rpg ... 29.6 mpg
April - 8 games, 9.6 ppg and 10.0 rpg ... 31.4 mpg
The minutes ...

The minutes aren't that unusual... centers almost never play more than 33mpg. Even with those months, Emeka still finished 7th in mpg among centers.
Still though... it's not like it's fatigue dragging him down, I don't know why he would slow down from his already not-especially-impressive offensive production.
