Now what will we do for an encore? We had a nice little tie vote at # 27.

Taj Gibson and Danny Green were thrown into the WWE ring to settle this score.

: Taj was bigger. Tossed Danny around a little bit. Danny got to thinking..." If Taj kills me here, I might not get to play in the NBA. Maybe I'll sneak in a punch or two and hide under the ring. I gotta live to fight on the basketball court." Alas, the sad part is that there will be no 4 UNC players in the top 27 this year. :cry Taj carried the day on the tiebreaker. And both have promised to leave the WWE until after their basketball careers are over.
You know, I don't believe that b.s. I just wrote either. But Taj was the last name drawn.
We have three more first rounders to name. I say we get started! Good luck, gentlemen. Whether it be unfinished business or a new name that you can't resist, bring home the best one!

Seems to me that somewhere I read that Marcus Thornton was the best player that one of the top SG candidates, it may even have been TWill, had faced in action all year. Wish I could remember better, because it is high praise. (not to mention trying to find a link!)
And if we are looking for shooting guards, shouldn't we find a gem? I await the flames!
Long story short, Marcus Thornton.

Danny Green. Perhaps I'm biased from UNC, but he also fared very well on Hollinger's projections. I think he can be the new Dudley.

Mazel Tov! I'm sticking to my guns on this one. Thorton, huh, just what Bobcat's need, a 6'2" shooting guard.
Oh, and Walt, Green is a 2nd rounder (if that).
I am high on Toney Douglas though, in the second round.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IDakqwBan54 C'mon, these sweet NBA Live '96 2-handed jams are exactly what Charlotte needs to make the playoffs. He's like an aggressive, rim rocking Nocioni.

Guys, I stand corrected. It wasn't meant to be 4 in the top 27. But 4 in the top 28?!!!!!!
That's the ticket. Sold! Danny Green- # 28 on our Draft Night Board!
Two more slots to fill. Let's go get one!
