"Brown had them scrapping for the final playoff spot into the final week of last season and it will likely take another great coaching job just to get them that close again."

blah blah blah... same ol'

it's depressing... i hope we can just resign Felton and come out strong to start the season. If we go 2-8 or some crap then I'm game for hitting the reset button. Call up Memphis and OKC to see which one wants Okafor the most.

I won't set a time line until we see the schedule, but I know what you mean rich. The guys are on a short leash.

I'm with you Walt. Once I see the schedule I will predict a record for our first 20 games. If we aren't at that point or better then I say Ctrl/Alt/Delete!!!

article = BULLETIN BOARD FODDER!

We finally get out of fourth place! And finish FIFTH???????? That's real progress toward the playoffs!
Chicago Cubs, anyone? How bout the Clippers? Maybe the Oakland Raiders? No, I've got it. We're the Rodney Dangerfield of the Eastern Conference! Absolutely NO RESPECT!

We been DISSED folks!

Does anyone here not believe that Larry Brown will use any and all last place in division prognostications as pure motivation?

And if we crash and burn in November, I too expect trades. I do not, however, expect a fire sale! Something like Emeka to Indiana for Roy Hibbert... or Crash to Portland for Aldridge. Something where we get some EQUITABLE, REAL VALUE back. Edited to say that this year, I don't expect us to do the early implosion bit. We have enough young veterans who hopefully have enough pride NOT to let that happen.

Note to Emeka: Get your offensive game in gear, man! And while you're at it, make free throws a part of your improvements too. Thanks.

"ctrl/alt/delete" LOL... that should be the Bobcats slogan for next year. start the marketing campaign on January 15th, if we are more than 5 games below .500

Isn't that the call sign for Lexy? Is Lexy our white flag now?

If we are blowing chunks by X-Mas we should start playing Lexy 35mpg.

hey fellas, Magic fan here.

I like how your team ended the season and I think you'll have a better one next year. Love the moves you did and LB has you headed in the right direction. Our division definitely got tough, and QUICK, but I'm putting Char as 3rd in the SE.

That's pretty much how I'm looking at it. I'm now closely examining salaries. We can compete with Indiana in 2010-2011 for FA's now. Did CP3 do that thing Wade and Lebron did where he's a UFA then?

How hard is it to actually spell his name right? Its O-K-A-F-O-R not -FUR.

^That's thing I'm glad I won't have to deal with anymore. Always was a pet peeve of mine, especially when the people committing the offense claimed to be fans.
