Bring in the Monkey King!

Post#1 » by Eoghan » Sat Aug 1, 2009 8:42 pm

Sun Yue got waved today and I for one think he would be a sweet pick up. He's cheap, a legend in China (jersey sells), at 6'9" maybe just tall enough to fill LB's "tall pg" quota, and his nickname is the freaking Monkey King. What more could you ask for?

And he has a championship ring! He'll bring positive energy and a winning mentality to our team like Chandler!
Humble yourself.

If this isn't a joke, then I'd pass. Apparently has a pretty bad work ethic..

He is bad in more ways than one....

I'd love it because then we could be sure of having better streams for out games. But, by no means should we let him see the court

good call. its such a pain to be unable to watch Cats game on decent quality when I'm at school (Appalachian State). If I bought League Pass for computer would the Cats games be blacked out in the state?

Who knows, It wouldn't surprise me....

The thing is, I would HAPPILY pay the $150 or whatever it is to buy Internet League pass, but I bought it for a week at the beginning of this last season and it never even came close to working properly.

I watched one or two on the free preview and it was sharp. They had some issues at the beginning (of course) but they finally got it worked out.

If only they'd unblock that...then I could deal with the FSN LP block.

Just because of the better stream I'm now for bringing the Monkey on! Good call!

in some places...

if you are within the close radius of charlotte you can get the bobcats on league pass. so fort mill and rock hill should be able to get the LP games, even though comcast doesnt carry many of the games on cable.

its those people who - A) live outside the LP range and B) has a local cable provider unwilling to pay for the fox games - that are screwed... (which is basically, everywhere in NC and SC outside of the LP radius)

what are the chances we see any improvement in terms of televised games in the region this year?
