As far as the jersey is concerned, I like it. I wonder if the blue road will have pinstripes.

I don't know what to think. Never really was a big fan of our uniforms so maybe they finally hit upon something I like. Doubtful though because I don't really care much for that shade of blue.

Unless I'm mistaken, every team in the league is set up this way. You wear the club name at home... since everyone knows where they are, but on the road you do the opposite so away fans know where the other team is from.

Anyway, I like them.

I can deal with it. Especially if they can win in them!

I don't think so, I've seen the Lakers and Celtics jerseys have "Lakers" and "Celtics" written on their away jerseys. Not to mention those NASCAR jerseys with Charlotte on the front were worn at home.


I just think Charlotte looks way cooler than Bobcats, but maybe thats just cause I think the Bobcats name kinda sucks.

These unis look great. Love the pinstripes. Wish they could use the same shade of blue that the Panthers use, though.

And on the name front, no one ever considered a Nascar derived name. How would "Charlotte Speed" have worked? Even the font on the old uniforms would have worked for that name. But not the colors. That's your gold and black combo, with the pinstripes! Just a suggestion for the new owner, when he comes!

That is correct, not all teams do it that way. But it is more traditional to do Team Name for the homes and the City Name for the Aways. But I agree I do like the Charlotte wordmark on the jersey but I just like having Bobcats on the home.

From the little we can see in the pic they have, I think I am really going to like them.

It's weird cuz this has been seen on the bobcatsplanet.com forum for a whole day before anyone else really commented about it. i also already posted a picture of the full uniform (kinda small) but you get the idea

I saw that you deleted your reply Walt. I was just trying to say that its not a rule. Hell, look at the Hornets, all their jerseys say New Orleans on the front. I think
