Something's Gotta Change...

Here is Bonnell's column regarding the Bobcat's this preaseason:

For those who feel these performances are nothing to worry about, I would suggest reconsidering your analysis. Bonnell is traveling with the team, seeing practice, and is closer to the situation than any of us. It's unusual for him to sound off this soon regarding the team, but clearly he is seeing major warning flags. Those are primarily our point guards who cannot defend against dribble penetration and the play of our bigs. Well, that's most of the team folks. He didn't even touch on how pathetic Bell has been. Henderson is hardly ready to get major minutes, much less start. UPS is our key bright spot.
Many will discount this by saying "most of the preseason games have been close!". Also Chandler hasn't played a minute and Diaw is just getting back into playing. All true, but when the games count, I just don't see us being very good out of the chute. I was really hoping we could turn the corner. I still have hope, but this is looking like another long winter relative to Bobcats BB.
