This game pissed me off and annoyed me, but then again it's like the Celtics are a top 2-4 team in the NBA. Their entire roster is better than each spot we have. MAYBE we're close or even in PG but that's it. We have no way of guarding Allen, Pierce, or KG and now they have Rasheed (I could've been a Bobcat if they signed me) Wallace to launch wide open 3's all night. Add that to Eddie (I was cut by Bernie Bickerstaff) House who comes in to throw a few 3's in and we have absolutely no chance in hell.
At least when Raja is playing well we have someone to guard Allen until the game winner shot he normally kills us with.

Agreed. Nazr looked like he was much more mobile. I was surprised he didn't get more mins.

I only saw the first quarter and bits and pieces of the second because of my new work schedule, so I guess it's not fair for me to give out any hammers. Not even bothering to watch the game on DVR.
I will say this though, our season is over unless we make a miraculous trade which gets us a legit power forward. I am sooooo thoroughly disgusted with Boris Diaw, it is simply inexcusable for him to show up with fried twinkies desperately trying to escape his fat mouth. Ever hear of a DIET?!?!? Ever hear of a SWIMMING POOL??? Yes there are exercises you can do that don't involve your ankle!!!!!! Larry Brown was calling your fat ass out!!! 9 MILLION dollars, your only job was to SHOW UP TO CAMP IN SHAPE!!!! If we had a decent PF on this team, I would have cut your lame ass yesterday! Inexcusable.
As for the rest of the team, simply pathetic. I'd cut all of you today if it was possible and just start over. I'd rather watch nothing on the court because at least nothing isn't getting millions of dollars to clog up our salary cap. These clowns were soooooo bad that even if we had Kobe and Shaq in his prime playing for us last night, we still would have lost, BIG. I honestly don't see how we can win when one of our key guys is sooo out of shape. Diaw does so many of the little things for us and now because he's out of shape, he won't be able to get around the court like he did in the past. We lose Bell and TC is still trying to get into back into the flow of playing NBA bball. I don't see any rainbows on the horizon with this bunch anytime soon. I'd say that someone needs to step up, but it's not just one person, it takes an entire team to help you win over the course of an 82 game season. I just don't see it because we have a 9 million dollar fat slob at PF.
The other day I had written a post criticizing the poster for talking about next summers draft and how we need a PF. After all, the draft was a long ways away and this season was about to start. No time to start thinking about the draft. I decided not to post it because I thought it might be in poor taste because the poster who started the thread had been sick. Well after one game, I think it's safe to say we should start thinking about the draft, however, not only do we need a new PF, we now need an entirely new team! Blow this sh*t up now!
I'm so disgusted.

i think disgusted is a good word to use for last night. we've seen some bad losses before and plenty of blowouts, but last night was the most embarrassed i have ever been as a bobcats fan. there is no excuse for what happened last night.

Never would have guessed that be coming out of Battery's mouth so early.
I do agree, Boris Meow and Myson Chandler both need to grow a pair.

Disgusted is what happens when you see your "favorite" NBA team start a fat slob making 9 million dollars who doesn't give a sh*t at PF, a High School JV player at SG, a gimp at the C spot and you have your starting point go down in the first half after eating the basketball court.
We had no chance to win with that starting 5! Words can't really describe how angry I am at Boris Diaw. If I were the owner, Boris Diaw would have been called out in the media a long time ago. If I'm paying someone 27 million dollars total for the next THREE seasons, I expect at minimum a player who is IN SHAPE!! I can take the missed shots and poor play, it's part of the game, but what I cannot stomach is when a player shows up looking like a beached whale. And because of this fat ass Diaw, our season is sunk before it even begins.
Also, Bob Johnson really does have to go, MJ too. Where was the outrage after the opening night debacle? This isn't pre-school, these are professionals making millions of dollars and they deserve to be criticized for not being prepared to play.

I hate cats, and right now I hate Diaw, so Boris Meow fits him to a tee.
Myson Chandler is not funny.
