Tonights game: Boston Celtics (13-4) at Charlotte Bobcats (7-9)

Game Breakdown: The Boston Celtics visit the Charlotte Bobcats Tuesday night at 7:00 Eastern Time at the Time Warner Arena in Charlotte, NC. This is the second time these two teams have met with Boston decisively winning the first matchup on October 28th. Both teams are on a 4 game winning streak and with the Bobcats’ new-look they should give the Celtics a run for their money.

Andy’s Keys to the Game: Playing hard on both ends of the floor and showing up are both musts for the Bobcats to gain a victory. Gerald wants this game but the rest of the team needs to come out with the same intensity if we want to pull an upset and prove to be a concrete force in the east. Containing Kendrick Perkins is a must since we haven’t had much success defending the post against huge centers thus giving up some easy buckets and offensive rebounds.

You cannot go wrong either way by who is the hottest threesome. Just can't go wrong there.

On Accuscore Simulation at ESPN, the Cats are favored over the Celtics 51% to 49%. I say we are going to have a hard fought game, tight to the very end, and we win #5 in a row.

Oh, and did I mention that you can't go wrong in the threesome vote?

I feel like unless Doc has been watching our films closely they will make the same mistakes the last 3 teams have, which is trying to guard Jackson with old weak small Ray Allen like the Cavs tried with Parker for example. We were able to take advantage of that matchup a lot forcing them to double as the C's will tonight. Once Cleveland put Varejao instead of Parker on Jax our offense stagnated.

Good thing for us is I can't imagine who they could put on the floor to slow down Jax and Wallace at the same time. I guess they may end up putting Sheed on Jackson by the 2nd half as Marquis is also too small.

I'm European and I am going to wake up to watch this game. We are going to win this.

I'll be at work, which bodes very well for us.

The two matches I was able to watch were losses...Not to mention that on sunday I stayed on the Memphis-Clippers just to see how they wasted a 19 point lead,so I´d rather see the boxscore tomorrow and wait for the next game against...nets?

I just want Gerald Wallace to score 30 on them and seeing Garnett humilliated xD

@ thaliontil - nothing would make me happier than to see crash put garnett on a poster. kg has really turned into a giant dbag since going to boston. we wont back down from them or play scared (like we did in boston). we have a lot of tough guys on the team, except for boris

Should be interesting. Paydro being at work and baby Jennings being around (+ Cap) have been a winning formula.

I'm gonna be in class for most of this one which sucks but hopefully I'll be able to find a stream and tune in for most of it. The majority actually favors us over Boston? People must have some confidence in us or just really hate Boston.

I think that Garnett is probably the most hated Nba player in Spain...he shares te podium with people like Mcmillan and Rudy Gay (The press has showed them as "public enemies" for not allowing Sergio and Pau to develop their game to highest levels) but Garnett is just an ass-hole,I love Bird´s style of play,but as long as The Big Ticket remains in that team,I want to see them losing.

Garnett was actually one of my favorite players when he was with the Wolves. He had that drive and tenacity that was just amazing to me.

Since moving to Boston he still has the same overall appearance of tenacity, but now it's actually more of a smug, **** sense of entitlement.

i bought a garnett jersey when he was a rookie with the twolves. he used to be one of my fav players. he is no longer one of my favs.

That drive and spin move down the middle seems to be Jax's go to move?

Down by 11 after one, but the good news is:

- Crash only played 1/2 of the 1st due to foul trouble.
- We are only shooting 35% from the floor.
- We only have one team assist for the quarter.
- They are shooting 58% from the floor.

So based on all of that, the fact we are only down 11 is a very promising sign and we should be able to get back in this game by the half (so long as we correct all of the above!!)
