hullo bobcats.
i came here with a proposition made by a poster back on the raptor board.
José Calderon for Raymond Felton.
A lineup of:
Calderon/Augustin
SJax/Henderson
Wallace/Flip
Diaw/Diop
Chandler/Nazr
i feel for you guys is very effective.
Calderon provides you some shooting, and a great passer.
Plus he should be very effective getting the ball to the right people.
very good IQ, knows the game well.
Thoughts?

no way honestly felton is playing better than jose right now but he is playing better than most point guards right now

To start with the money doesn't come close to working. Then there's the whole "you paid too much for Jose so you are stuck with him" thing not to mention that Felts is years and years younger than Jose and as productive.
I don't want to be paying Felts $9 mil a year but if we HAD to and had the choice between him and Jose at that money I'm taking Felts a million times out of a million.

Sorry, but we play DEFENSE down here in the south. Calderon is soooooooooooo not a Larry Brown type of player.

Btw, Calderon is 27...how old is felton? he isnt THAT much younger, i dont think.
Either way, felton is playing better than jose right now.
