Hammers: Bobcats Vs Spurs

Post#1 » by BigSlam » Sat Jan 16, 2010 2:22 am

Image: All Star. I mean, he was having a good game, but then in the 4th? The kid just kicked it up a gear, maybe even two, and took the game over.

Image: Diaw. Did it all, did it well and made it look easy. Great work on Duncan at the defensive end too.

Image: DJ. Didn't score a lot, but didn't look to. Made great passes, protected the ball and played solid D.

YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH BABYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!

same as above.

I love how Dj has rebounded since coming out of the doghouse. Shows his strong character.
Ammo would have been hiding in the corner crying.

Wallace - no explanation needed
Diaw - didn't miss
Felton - call me crazy but I think he's the best defensive point guard in the game right now.

i dont think thats crazy at all. sure we are all biased cause we get to see what he does on a nightly basis. but he is certainly in the top 5 defensive pgs right now. he doesnt lead the league in steals or anything, but he is as tough as it gets. he makes his man work hard for every spot on the floor.

He is without a doubt the best defending PG in this league, besides Rondo. You can question his decisions on the offensive end but his defense is top notch.

This one?

In the second half, Charlotte's Raymond Felton continually stepped between Houston point guard Aaron Brooks and the ball, and when Brooks doesn't run the offense, the offense doesn't run.

Felton ran around picks and through picks and past picks and, wherever Brooks went, Felton went with him.

"I'm going to pay for it in the morning," Felton says with a laugh. "But I'm young."

Bingo!!! That was it Rich. Pretty much sums up the way Felts plays D. There isn't a lot of technical about it, it's just guts and determination.
