Initially I was of the opinion that TT was good coming off the bench because he still gets big minutes and he plays most of the 4th, however, two of these 4 losses came because in the 3rd quarter the Bobcats haven't had energy, they've shot poorly and they get outworked causing the other team to get momentum and confidence. This is especially the case when the Bobcats go into the half with the lead since the opposing teams have to focus and play even harder to get back into the game. This happened vs the Mavs and the Jazz, and when these teams get it going it's hard to slow them down. LB lets the teams go too long when the other teams get it going without making any changes. So I agree that TT should start, if the opposing team has a big front then play Theo and Tyrus, if they're a smaller team like New York, or the Warriors, keep Boris and Tyrus together. These guys play "small" at the end of games anyways and they get the bulk of the minutes no reason to hurt our own chances by not having the best players in the game in crucial moments.
