Will Crash Be Suspended?

Lead official Monty McCutchen, on why Gerald Wallace was ejected late in Saturday's game:

"He threw an elbow above shoulder level that did not connect, but the vicious nature in which it was thrown warranted the ejection. He was called for a dead ball technical foul for a physical taunt and ejected. Instant replay was used to support that ejection.''

I'm going with, because even the ref said it didn't connect, no.

Crash will suit up on Tuesday.

he'll play. Wasn't that bad. Although nobody can predict what Stu will do, I just don't see it. Seems like McCutcheon was trying to prevent anything serious more than get Crash suspended for Tuesday.

Well, if he does get suspended, Crash has no one to blame but himself. The game was essentially over, we were going to win. He has to maintain his composure and not do anything stupid. He lost his cool and put the refs in a position to call it. And if he misses the Miami game due to it, then he has let down his teammates. I really hope he is not suspended, but I cannot help but be disappointed in his failure to remain composed.

Yeah, my biggest peeve about Wallace, outside of his inability to show up in crunch time, is that he's ready to pounce on people over absolutely nothing. You're 27 years old, buddy.
Humble yourself.

Hey guys,
No idea if it was decided or not, but never doubt the NBA for screwing teams over. Skiles got suspended this year for throwing an air punch.
